They go the extra mile every time. After receiving my very stylish specs, I decided to return to the office and ask them to help me refit the glasses so they won’t slide down. I did this like three different times then I finally realized the reading portion of my bifocals graduated bifocals was not strong enough and they took care of correcting a prescription for me. I’m happy to recommend them for a vision testing in eyeglasses.

Our experience with the excellent staff at the Chagrin location of Geauga Vision was nothing less than astonishing. We are from upstate New York and in town for a family visit and we arrived at the office without an appointment. We were quickly greeted by Pam and informed that to get the best help on Enchroma lenses we'd have to wait for Jeff but got us started on brochures and color tests. Jeff arrived a short time later and patiently spent a great deal of time with us. Soon after the office got very busy with customers and both Pam and Jeff smoothly and calmly managed the patients so no one felt ignored. Overall we would highly recommend Geauga Vision of Chagrin for your vision needs.

I visit Geauga Vision of Chagrin frequently and must admit this is one of the best places in the area for all eyewear needs! The doctors are patient with their exams which is very important to me because my eyesight seems to change constantly. Jeff has taken his time to adjust my glasses, as well as suggesting the best contacts for my needs all while being very friendly and personable. The customer service here is beyond unmatched!
